We had a really nice stay in Perissa near the port which was so very much appreciated, and a great black beach with a lot of restaurants. Quiet atmosphere, Freddy the owner has done above and beyond for us. Having a walk-in shower was great. It was particularly good and stunning for local shops etc.

During my stay at Studios Apartments Kapetanios, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The towels provided were rough but dried me quickly, and they were generous with the supply. The location was decent, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. The beds were big and spacious, providing a comfortable sleep. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the rooms cool. The free shampoo, shower gel, and soap were a nice touch.

The sea view from the balcony of our room was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like we were staring into a postcard, with the crystal-clear water stretching out before us. The free transfer from the airport was a lifesaver. It felt like being whisked away in a private chariot, with the friendly driver ensuring we arrived at the hotel in style. The kitchenette in our quadruple room was a game-changer. We felt like master chefs as we whipped up delicious meals using the handy kitchenware, all while enjoying the convenience of our own private space. The free WiFi throughout the property was a blessing. It allowed us to stay connected and share our incredible vacation moments with friends and family, even though we were miles away from home. Perissa Beach was just a short distance away, making it the perfect spot for lazy days lounging by the sea and soaking up the Santorini sun. The flat-screen TV in our room was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed cozy movie nights, snuggled up in our comfortable beds, immersing ourselves in the latest blockbusters.
Sharp corners on the built-in furniture were a minor inconvenience. A little caution was needed to avoid accidental bumps, but it didn't detract from the overall comfort of our stay.

The pool was lovely and the perfect spot to relax during our romantic escape. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from a stunning black beach and lots of great restaurants. Plus, the free transport to and from the port made our arrival and departure hassle-free.
We were initially disappointed when we were given a room without a kitchenette, even though we had booked an apartment well in advance. We ended up having to share the hotel kitchen for the first evening.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being situated in a quiet area. the rooms were kept very clean, and the daily cleaning service was exceptional. the towels were changed every day, which was a nice touch. the owner was helpful in organizing trips and transfers at reasonable prices. There was also a supermarket nearby, making it easily accessible.
One issue we encountered was the small bathroom and the shower being located in the middle of it. the hotel was quite far from the popular attractions, with Fira being about 30 minutes away and Oia an hour away by bus.

I recently stayed at Studios Kapetanios in Santorini for a week. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent, picking us up from the airport and dropping us off at the port. The apartment was clean and functional, with daily cleaning and towel changes. We also had access to a nice pool. The location was peaceful, with fantastic views, and there were good restaurants nearby. The owner, Freddie, was very helpful and offered great advice on bus routes and activities.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Studios Apartments Kapetanios was truly a great value for money. The room had a nice Greek vibe with the white and blue décor, and we even had an extra bed. The location was convenient for exploring the island, with the Black Beach just a 15-minute walk away. The staff, especially Freddy, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. And of course, the free transfer from the port and to the airport was a big plus.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been better with more variety.
